Amazing concert but horrible parking/traffic chaos
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl is hands down my favorite live performance. The vibrant colors, the energy, the lights, and pyrotechnics create an incredible atmosphere! Front man Chris Martin, like a pro, led the show and performed songs from various albums. He even thanked the crowd for dealing with the mess of poor organization at the venue. The parking situation was beyond unacceptable. We paid a whopping $73 to park ahead of time, but were denied access due to blocked roads and confused attendants who didn't check if we had even bought parking. After the concert, we observed attendants leaving the lot we were parked in, causing a traffic jam that left us stuck in our vehicle for over 2 hours. This chaotic and poorly planned event at FedEx Field was a disaster. I have reached out to customer service to demand a parking refund.
